A vintage, refurbished hat. This is a 3X Beaver Stetson hat body that was in a very bad shape. I took out the acetate lining and the hardly existing faux-leather sweatband. The hat was very, very dirty and greasy, discoloured from the dust, and well worn. I tried surface clean it, but eventually I had to was out the whole hat. Where I removed the grease, it became a bit discoloured.
It is fitted with a Japanese silk lining, that I hand-dyed and printed. A kangaroo leather sweatband will be fitted to you size, the ribbon still can be customised.
