Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any other wear in condition that occurs, please discuss it with us, as I am able to restore hats, so it is a possibility that there is something we can still do.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Deposits are only refunded if I could not comply with the guidelines that I had set and for any reason I will not be able to compete the work. If that occurs, I will fully refund the deposit, otherwise deposit will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We understand the nature of hats.. some fits our head-shape, and some doesn’t, and we only can know it once we tried it on, as all head-shapes and all hat-shapes are different. Also the colour on the screens sometimes differ from the real product, however we try our best to interpret the colours as they are, or it comes out that when we try on the hat, we realise it is just not our colour. Once you know what adjustments would you like, and you would still like to stick with us but choose another product, or have another custom made choice, we are happy to discuss every options with you to come to the best solution. And if you are not from Western Australia, meeting in person is not possible, so we are still up for receiving the returned product and do the necessary adjustments for you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address in Western Australia that I will give you via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
